If you need it to be able to drive on land too, you want the Shark, we can't help you with that here, buddy.

If you're a highly trained special mission force, you can't just settle for something that can go underwater or something that can fly... You need something that can do both! That something is the Submersible High-speed Attack and Reconnaissance Craft (or S.H.A.R.C.)! It's a submarine and it can fly!

Fiction[edit | edit source]

Deep Six piloted a S.H.A.R.C. as he and M.A.S.K. agent Gloria Baker in her Shark attempted to retrieve Astrotrain's crotch from the bottom of the ocean. However, the two encountered resistance in the form of Sting Raiders piloted by Destro's Iron Grenadiers, who proceeded to destroy the S.H.A.R.C.. The Deathstone

After managing to crack Shipwreck's password, Helix and Snake Eyes commandeered a S.H.A.R.C. to secretly leave the Lemuria and investigate Helix's theory about the Fatal Fluffy incursions. G.I. Joe vol. 5 #5 TFWikiFavicon.png

While in temporary command of the Joes, Shipwreck called for his strike team to take the S.H.A.R.C.s to their mission in New York City after Salvo pointed out to him that the Barracudas were unable to fly. G.I. Joe: First Strike TFWikiFavicon.png

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • While its never been stated to be the same type of vehicle or been shown to be able to fly, the Remora submarine bears some resemblance to the S.H.A.R.C..
