G.I. Joe: Special Missions is a 2013 ongoing comic series released by IDW Publishing. Named after the spinoff series of the original Marvel A Real American Hero comic, the IDW-continuity incarnation of Special Missions follows a G.I. Joe team led by Scarlett and Mainframe, which fights the top-secret Cobra threats the main Joe team cannot confront in public.

The series is written by Chuck Dixon. Paul Gulacy provides art for issues #1-4 and #10-13, issues #5-7 and #14 feature art by Will Rosado, and issues #8 and #9, respectively, feature art by S.L. Gallant and Jamal Igle; Juan Castro inks issues #8-9. Colors are primarily by Aburtov and Graphikslava.
