The Iron Grenadiers are the personal army of Destro, deployed by the Laird in both his operations with Cobra and his private business ventures. More recently, Destro has created an army of mechanical Grenadiers, which serve as foot soldiers for the Iron Ring.

Notes[edit | edit source]
- The Iron Grenadiers are traditionally Destro's personal army in G.I. Joe fiction, although the mechanical versions are a new concept for the Hasbro Universe. Their G.I. Joe vol. 3 design is directly based on the GIJoeCon 2012 Iron Grenadier action figure, while their Revolutionaries design draws on elements from several of their 2010s figures.
