In truth however, Prysmosian history was a singular temporal loop for during the planet's prehistory, the citizenry of New Prysmos materialized in the untamed wilderness of their homeworld after they had been inadvertently hurled back through time during the evacuation of Cybertron by the Talisman. A World and a Future
Prysmosian civilization was initially based around magic with the scientific concepts being viewed as false powers. However as time passed and technology progressed, the Age of Magic was all but forgotten and a thriving, technological civilization emerged on the planet. The only known survivor of this bygone age was the technophobic sorcerer Merklynn who sought to return his world to its "natural" state. To that end, he fashioned a spell that resulted in the Trinary Re-Alignment, shutting down all technology on the planet and returning magic to its previous high standing. Merklynn then created the Visionaries, to whom he bestowed magical artifacts of great power. Schismatic
At some point during the 1700s, Cybertron No More Prysmos was destroyed. Though Merklynn believed the destruction to be the result of his improperly created spell causing the ternary stars to fall out of alignment, Schismatic the true cause of the planet's destruction had been the creation of Unicron, the energies of the Talisman reaching across space/time and absorbing the magic of Prysmos for fuel, destroying the world as a result.
