The Misfits
This article is about the band. For the comic, see Jem: The Misfits. |
The Misfits are an all female punk rock band. Founded by Phyllis Gabor (stage name Pizzazz) and a trio of other talented musicians handpicked by her from the local music scene, their loud, aggressive musical stylings have earned them fortune and fame across the world! However, they don't take kindly to their place at the top of the charts being threatened by upstarts like Jem and the Holograms and will do anything to make sure they stay number one. While their frontwoman's cutthroat approach to success and ego can often get them in hot water, The Misfits still have more than enough musical talent to back up Pizzazz's big talk.
Recently, their record label has forced them to hire a manager. After Pizzazz sustained injuries that temporarily left her unable to sing, they hired on a new singer as well.
